Refund policy
30-day returns and free exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order. Returns and exchanges within the United States are free: we send you a prepaid UPS label.
How to start
Email info@coccomiami.com with your order number and tell us whether you would like a refund or a different size. Within one business day we send you a prepaid UPS label; drop the package at any UPS location.
What we accept
- Requests made within 30 days of delivery.
- Unworn, undamaged shoes (try them on a carpeted surface).
- Shoes returned in their original shoe box, packed inside an outer shipping box.
- All original inserts and dust bags included.
What we cannot accept
- Shoes with signs of wear (scuffed soles, creased leather, marks on the heel or toe).
- Returns sent in the shoe box alone, or without the shoe box.
- Damage caused by misuse, cleaning or improper storage.
- Shoes that have been altered, repaired or resoled.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free and unlimited in the US, with prepaid UPS labels both ways. If the new pair costs more, we send you a link to pay the difference; if it costs less, we refund the difference. If your size is sold out, we issue a refund. Most exchanges involve making a new pair for you, which takes 15 to 20 days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after your return reaches our warehouse; your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a prepaid label, and you choose a replacement or a full refund including shipping.
