1. Overview

This website, coccony.com, is operated by Cocco Miami LLC under the brand Cocco New York ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current and complete information when you purchase.

3. Products

Our shoes and leather goods are made by hand in our own atelier in Brazil. Because every pair is handcrafted from natural materials, small variations in grain, color and finish are normal and are part of the product, not a defect. We make every effort to show colors accurately, but screens vary.

4. Made-to-order items

Many of our styles are made to order after you purchase. The estimated time to ship is shown on each product page and in your order confirmation. These are estimates, not guarantees; if your order will be delayed, we will let you know by email and you may cancel for a full refund before it ships.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

6. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect to be fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.

7. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and exchanges in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and designs, belongs to Cocco Miami LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

10. Reviews and comments

If you send us reviews, comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our brand. You agree that your content will not be unlawful, offensive or infringe the rights of others.

11. Third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use services provided by third parties, including payment and shipping providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to collect other users' information, or to infringe our intellectual property.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
