Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00 on orders under $300.
Free standard shipping on orders of $300 or more.
Express shipping: $15.00 on any order.

Rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout.

Processing time

Many of our styles are made to order, by hand, in our own atelier in Brazil. Each product page shows the estimated time to ship before you check out, and the same estimate appears in your order confirmation. Express shipping shortens the delivery time once your order ships; it does not shorten the time needed to make your pair.

Delivery

Orders are shipped with UPS. As soon as your order ships you receive an email with the tracking number.

Duties and fees

You will not be asked to pay any customs duties or import fees at delivery.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible at info@coccomiami.com; we cannot change an address once the package has shipped. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
